I have bought and sold a lot of homes but am new to California. I had a lot of very specific requirements so homes that meet my criteria are few and far between. Meg sent specific homes that met my criteria instead of doing a general automated search like other agents. Once the right home came up she was available to get the offer in the same day it listed.
